      DI is mainly based on 3 tricks ratio, percentage and the ultimate trick..
      once i am through machine input i will write for ratio and percentage within 2-3 days...

      for 2 years...
      CI - SI= PR^2/ 100^2

      for 3 years.....
      CI- SI= PR^2 X (300+r)/ 100^3

      you can subtract CI from SI and vice versa

    what trick can be used for round table problems like following.
    6 persons p,q,r,s,t,u,v are sitting around round table.p sits near engineer.q sits third to right of clerk.

    simply i gave one example of question pattern above.if round table contains two different twists like person name and profession means its very difficult.so how to solve?

      as mentioned earlier it is good not to use this trick when approx. answer is coming......
      this trick require presence of mind and is based on OPTIONS......

    what to do next..? & answer is not in apporxmet. it is.

      (?)sqr + 5 = 0 right?
      now u have to make ur left hand side = 0
      (2)sqr + 5 = RHS
      4 + 5= 9 = 0= RHS
      the answer is 47= 4+7=11=2

      we have to find a value of (x)sqr so that the equation cab be balanced from both side.....
      the equation is (x)sqr+5=0
      now if put 2 in place of (X) the equation will become
      (2)sqr + 5 = 0
      4+5 = 9 = 0
      therefore the valve of X is 2...... and the answer is 47
      4+7=11=2
      hope its clear now

    Sir,
    I need help in Blood Relations problem where in a question it gives 4 options to find which one of them satisfies a "given" relation. Now, to check each of the options is time consuming; so if u please provide some trick to solve these kind of problems it would be very helpful.

    e.g. - A$B - A is brother of B,
    Similarly, @ -wife of, # - daughter of, * - father of, / - sister of
    Now which of the following means U is the father of P ?

    i) U / K $ L @ P $ M
    ii) U $ K @ L * P / M
    iii) M # P @ L * U / K
    Iv) K # U @ P $ L / M

      In the above question you can directly eliminate the options 1,3 and 4.because in these options U is female so she can not be a father.so obviously answer is option (2).
